Service team are very quick to respond within 24 hours and identified the issue on the spot. I dealt with them second time, both times my experience was great. I would trust these guys any day instead of my own plumbers for competence.

Poorly designed product, bad service and overpriced spare parts.I have a Rinnai waterheater that has cost many thousands to keep running. The initial problem came about due to mosquitos getting sucked into the inlet. The heaters put out CO2, moisture and heat which attracts mosquitos, the little guys then get sucked into the inlet and block the fan and heat exchanger. The heater I have doesn't have a screen to prevent this. The first serviceman that came out replaced the controller and the remote temperature controller in an effort to clear the mosquitos trapped in the fan. Cost over $1000, and his efforts failed to fix the problem. Have had servicemen out several times and the problem has been fixed by replacing the fan and heat exchanger but cost a bit over $3,000 in total. The plastic exhaust part on the end of the flue has degraded now due to heat, Rinnai want $600 to replace this piece of plastic which should have been made of metal to start with. (And should have an internal screen)Would not buy from Rinnai in the future.***update*** the fully reconditioned water heater broke - again. Decided it was not economic to fix (these heaters are not made to enable servicing, once the heat exchanger becomes blocked they are a throwaway item). If repaired or replaced, the same thing is likely to happen again. Ended up buying a Vaillant heater. It was significantly more expensive than the Rinnai but they are a fully serviceable unit and it has much better build quality. The Vaillant worked out to be a similar price to the Rinnai if you include the repairs and servicing that went into keeping the Rinnai functioning.

Technician came and resolved our problem with the water heater as requested which was great, however you might want to watch out for some dodgy claims made by this company. I was charged for an extra 30 minutes of labour on my invoice. When I enquired about the fee I was given snarky comments as if I didn't understand the costs when they explained it to me". Only after I noted that the technician left our property at a time outside of their timeframe

The gas fireplace is not a good product and, given the choice, I would not choose it again. The remote control stops working for no reason (not a battery issue) and we regularly need to get Rinnai technicians in to service it. The app is good, *when* it works. Rinnai service is responsive but you can only book technicians on weekdays and the unit needs fixing regularly. I'm tired of paying for it and arranging service. The fireplace itself is great and gives nice warmth but breaks down regularly and is a hassle.

New Rinnai hot water Low pressure cylinder replaced in 2019. We keep changing themostat and service provided by rinnai is simply we are not interested in aftersales service to client. Deal with local plumber. Rinnai service is very poor and so is quality of products sold. Very disappointing when finding parts as Rinnai tells to contact plumber when we don't need plumbers service but all we need part's.

Our home is a year old. We had a Rinnai Infinity A26" Installed. You have to run through about 100 Litres of water down the plug everytime you turn on the tap or shower just waiting to get it hot. They are the single biggest heap of S*IT in all of construction and should be fined purely on the environmental impact of wasting water alone. If you are a jibbering half whit and struggling for brain cells

Bought Rinnai Electric water heater and about 1year worked ok, but after that got so many problems, its expensive than other makes, but on top of that had to spend on services and replacement parts, not recommend. Very bad customer service.
