Ka rawe koe! You are awesome! Claire is great to deal with. Easy to contact, responds to requests quickly, and just gets things done. My son and I have been in our home for just over a year now and it’s the best decision we’ve made. Service is 1000x better than any other “mainstream” agency. Caring vibe, friendly, attentive, easy to deal with. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Claire is an absolute gem who goes above and beyond for both her landlords and her tenants. She is full of advice, for example knowing the ins and outs of setting up a pet friendly rental, setting expectations in terms of realistic rental valuations or breaking down the finer points of property law. She is friendly, fair and reasonable but knows how to give firm guidance when needed (which usually avoids bigger dramas in the long run!). I have dealt with larger property management companies and did not get the same individualised service from them as I do with Claire. I would 100% recommend signing on with her to help you look after your property investments.
