Get a quote and watch their charging for travelling. And check they actually did what they reckon they did. In fact just call a different plumber. Paid in the end just to get rid of them. EDIT: After seeing this review they invited me to call them and Layne Watson did call me back. After two calls (and three emails to our builder before the google review), they did refund the money for the work they did not do.

BY THE FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER!Been struggling now for over 4 months in a brand new townhouse to get them to fix up the holes in my ceiling they made because there was a leak due to the new shower not being connected correctly in the first place!They don't respond to emails, they don't call back. Its not my job to keep following up with them as a tenant!
