Long wait time (more than an hour and a half) to get to the counter, if you are looking at getting your license renewed. The girls at the counter are friendly and have provided excellent customer service. Perhaps, the owner should consider methods/staffing to reduce wait times.

The lines for this place are hedious! The waiting is ridiculous! They need to prioritize people! There are people waiting in lines for hours to finally be seen and quickly turned away for information that could possibly be displayed on the sign! Number and information displayed would be a great help also if people have reference numbers this should indicate they have been in line a number of tmes before and only need to provide their reference number to process licenseI feel sorry for these people wasting a day even two of there lives in lines to get there license!

Went at 1:45pm today (Sunday) only to be told they are not taking any more applications for anything because there is a 3 hour wait for people that were already in queue. I just need my driver's licence renewed that is expiring next week, how hard can that be? Maybe you should have an express line for things that are simple and will only take 10 minutes or less? Even waiting in the bank queue isnt this bad. So many bad reviews and still no improvement. Waste of taxpayers money. Automate your systems if you cant afford staff to accommodate, i shouldn't have to apply to renew my license if im under a certain age with no health conditions! Just mail me a new one.. but who thinks to simplify processes these days right?!?!?

Not a Good Service. They Passed our Wof, but upon returning home, the spare tyre screw doesn't fit at all! We don't have any issues at all prior our service.We then came back to ask them, and we where told that it was like that already. The “rude” assessor even told us that he should failed us because of that.The point is, if there is an issue already might as well let us know because that’s reason we got car checked in the first place.Very bad service

I give them 5 stars for their friendly customer service. I am going to convert my overseas driver's license. Although it took 2 hours, I was still very happy during the whole process. Every staff member is patient and friendly, especially one lady who is always smiling and professional. Let me relax by telling me how to change the language while taking the theory test. thanks again.

Thanks to Sheenal, I have done my foreign license conversion today. But some of the staff in this Centre is very unprofessional and they have different perspectives of solving issues. Instead of helping customers they try to drag issues of customers. One staff (she didn't even give her name) said to get a reference number by my self during a week day and come again . (During the last week I tried to do that by waiting more than 30 minutes on the phone consecutively for 5 days and failed ) But Sheenal, she said they will get the reference number and they can do it and no need to come again. (they got the number within 2 minutes).She saved my day. So I believe it is good to give a common guidelines to all the staff when solving problems of customers rather than wasting their time. I believe we are paying a fee to get our job done so it is good to see some of the staff at least make an effort to solve the issues of customers and help them by doing what ever they can do to solve the issues rather than giving them more troubles.

Having read your reviews my comments seem pointless. You know the wait times(Mine today 2 plus hours) but wait time not equal for all which even more frustrating. All entering should be treated equally. Covid still rampant but air circulation poor. Very hot and I was only person with mask. Did take photos but no point sending to your organization as problem obviously already known to you.Hope I don't need to use again.Staff appeared embarrassedAmusing that star required before posting as no stars deserved

Wondering what your actual closing time is on a Sunday. I arrived 45min before closing and was turned away once I arrived due to the fact “I won’t be seen in time for the 4pm close”. There were 3 agents at the windows and 3 people in the centre. 2 being seen and 1 filling out paperwork at the station. I explained to the security guard at the door that I have the license sheet already filled out I just need to file it with the representative and pay. He said “no not today”. I asked why he said “you won’t be seen in time”, so I say “even with 45 min till closing and 3 people in the venue ridiculous”. Sounds like the staff just start disallowing anyone that comes in within a hour of closing from a lot of the previous reviews. Usually I would be way more onto it but I only found out about an issue with my license on Friday and was ill all of that day and Saturday which was also explained to the security guard who turned me away. Absolutely shocked by this!! Other licensing centres are 1000% better unfortunately this is the only licensing agency in my area open on a Sunday. Would of complained privately but couldn’t find a centre email or anything to contact and no one is answering the centre phone so here it is.

I've experienced such a repugnant service. I visited three weeks ago for the third time to verify my ID because of my children's IRD numbers. I took all the documents, but I couldn't complete them because one of the birth certificate is not original, they said. I was expelled even if all the information matched and showed the document as it was received, but it wasn't just original in their eyes. So I gave the birth certificate to them, and then I asked them to contact me after checking whether it's original or not, but I haven't heard from them yet. This kind of repugnant service is the first time I've heard of it. I showed the same to the other branch, but they easily completed my identification. They said, Why not?" The staff in Manukau don't seem to have an accurate work manager
