Lovely fresh and clean. Staff are lovely . I'm not staying there but a relative is and they are so kind to her and me when I visit.

Be aware, this care facility restricts access for residents to have contact with some family members and lifelong friends (this includes personal telephone calls and in-person visits which are forbidden) due to the manipulation by the family members with Power of Attorney. This is a direct violation of a resident's code of rights.

Some rooms have pleasant views but they tend to be booked by potential new residents. Some nursing staff are abrasive and unhelpful, and don't respond to clients' needs.

Had a look around Radius Althorp Secure Ward area. Anne was very friendly and helpful. I liked that each wing had five bedrooms it felt more homely not like a hospital. Sunny rooms, spacious, indoor outdoor flow around wing.
