Had a warning light come up on my Lexus and rung Lexus Tauranga to book a time to get checked. They were very professional and communication was excellent. Organized a loan car and everything was taken care of in the time frame given and car was returned washed, vacuumed and ready to go excellent service

We called into the Lexus Tauranga branch with only a general general idea of what our next car might be. Having not experienced the Lexus brand before, I was keen to explore the service and cars, basicallly to see what was available. Well, we found a new experience of car shopping, with Mike and Lily looking after us as though we were the stars of a show. Mike took us through our options and though we may have spent more money, he provided practical advice for our 'would like to have' and 'must have' wishes. It may have been 5 month wait (Covid had hit) for our choice to be built and shipped (we wanted the new model and other bits), but they were constant with updates and friendly reminders that they were there.The car itself is fantastic, we are so happy but their service was better still. We even have the offer to 'call in for a coffee and we'll spruce your car up for you'. Normally I'd think this to be a sales pitch to get you back to the dealership, but in this case they really mean yes, we'd like to continue our service and ensure you are making the most of the Lexus brand!Therefore, we would highly reccomend, both the brand, and dealership if you are looking for a new car and unsure what to buy. The effort was simply taken out of our search, so they will be an easy choice for us to return too and form an ongoing relationship.

Hands down best car dealership in the bay, Customer service is top notch, Damon is great to deal with, sold my Lexus awhile ago but will definitely pop back in when I buy another, thanks team !
