Gave us coffee, jelly beans, window scraper, tyre caps, and then fixed our tyres. Probably the best service I've had since being in Invercargill. Also, free gift bag with jelly beans

Arrived and went into reception. Waited 20 minutes for anybody to acknowledge us waiting. The staff in the meantime, there was only one person on and he was too busy working to notice, when he finally came in he was surprised to see customers, no apology for not noticing and the wait. Then he turned around and said he couldn't do the simple puncture repair we went in for after all because of his workload.Needs more staffNeeds a doorbellNeeds better manners

I came in here looking for a quote for a tire. The man who helped me was great! Friendly and patient. He was able to give me a quote on the spot and get my car in right then and there. Best customer service!! Will be back again for sure.
