Brought an item from the shop and was told it would arrive with my new bed, after 3 weeks the staff even lied and said they thought i had collected the item but yet when i phoned i didn't even have to give them my name, this means they knew i was waiting for that item still. After 5 weeks with no contact i asked for a refund which then in itself was mission to get back.

Waited a month for an item that was supposed to take 10 days. No communication unless I chased them up. No offer of any sort to make up for the incompetence of warehouse staff. Not even an apology for the delay.Keen to take your money then left in limbo and supposed to enjoy the experience

Upon delivery of items to my house the delivery driver dropped all the furniture, unprotected, right on my driveway. Out in the open, baking in the hot sun and refused to bring it anywhere else. He was very rude when asked to help. I am single person on my own and had no way to move such large pieces by myself. Won't be shopping there again.

When we went into the shop the salesperson who was dealing with us first then started dealing with another person at one stage they went off to get some information for us and took 15 minutes to get back to us while they dealt with the other shopper. We were on the verge of walking out and felt like we weren't valued as a customer. We were in the shop first before the other person came about 15 minutes behind us and instead of asking her to wait until we had finished the salesperson kept jumping backwards and forwards between us . Very poor customer service and don't think we will go back.

Make sure you ring the store prior to buying a bed to see if it's in stock at your local or wait four weeks that it takes for the bed to arrive. They dont tell you that on the website but it takes at least three weeks for the bed then another 3-5 days for it to be delivered or ready for pick up.Other then that great beds
