Great service. Friendly and efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ordered something in, was told it would take 3 to 4 days, but in fact a manager personally delivered it the next day. Well done

If you have to go to KBB, takapuna branch will be your first choice. Albany one, you won't get any customer service satisfaction AT ALL. If you live around Albany and didn't want to travel far, music works albany will be your first choice. The best service and product at Albany.

This is a great store. The staff working there are very friendly and helpful. I bought a keyboard from them and I couldn’t be happier. Their advice around selecting the right gear was very useful indeed.

Super helpful staff, had to get an emergency maintenance on my clarinet and they completed it in just 2 days! They were also very transparent about exactly what work they were doing on my clarinet.
