I would highly recommend this company. They've been very supportive of my exercise regime and were very helpful in aiding my choosing the best piece of equipment to suit my needs.Servicing, on the rare occasion it is required, is very prompt, enabling me to get back into my exercise routine within minimum downtime.

Hire process was really easy, very straight forward and am enjoying my treadmill. Stew was super easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

sorry for all those with bad service the ownership has been changed and is now a whole lot better 10/10 would recommend

I've contacted Fit2Run to see about any fitness equipment that they may have to hire , while the responded within a few hours the tone of their 5 word response isn't great customer service or when I replied to ask when they may have stock again I just get a response no idea". Not very customer focused and I'll gladly take my business somewhere else."

Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I submitted a request via website on 4 November for a quote for 2 hire items (#205901), and after 6 days of no response, I emailed them directly this morning. I received a one line response that there was currently no stock on both items. It would have been nice to recieve a response 6 days ago when I submitted my request so that I could look elsewhere, or even take the time to let me know what items ARE in stock that I might substitute. Instead, I wasted 6 days waiting on response, in which time I could have already done business elsewhere. Definitely will not be doing business with Fit2Run in the future.

I rented a rower from Fit2Run and they were fantastic. Customer service was wonderful and the whole process was really simple. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
