Hand down thank you to the ending shift staff members for tonight ! Our 1 year old German Shepard decided it was a good idea to jump the fence and go chill eating chicken ! They took care of him and stayed with him even called animal control thankfully we found him after searching for a while. My apologies to everyone who was dining there with a puppy :( ! Thank you for your service

I had the worst experience at the KFC Takanini location. The service was incredibly slow and the staff were extremely rude. I waited for over 40 minutes for my order, only to be told that they had run out of chicken and that it would be another 20 minutes. I decided to wait and after another 20 minutes, they informed me that my chicken had been given to an Uber driver as they prioritize Uber orders over walk-in customers.I was extremely frustrated and requested a refund, but the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me that it wasn't their fault that they didn't have enough staff. I couldn't believe the level of disrespect I received as a customer who had already been waiting for over an hour.It's important to note that if they had informed me of the long wait time at the time of ordering, I would have made a different decision. But instead, they wasted my time and made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service at KFC Takanini and would not recommend this location to anyone. The staff need to improve their customer service skills and the management needs to sort out their staff levels and customer prioritization policies. I won't be returning to this location and I hope that they can improve their service for the sake of their customers."

Just absolute disrespectful behavior from the staff! Had some wrong items so asked for it to be swapped for the correct items felt as though we were being inconvenient. Then had some items missing and the worker is standing far from the window with a confused face and then got told it should be in there" yes you're right

I ordered at around 9:50pm last night. Had guests waiting at home for food, so did takeaway from their store. Re-confirmed to the staff-is everything in bag ? He said yes.. when i reached home, neither my son’s snack box was in there, not even the potato gravy from meal in there.. my 8 year old was very upset. Please check the order before you pack, you were not even busy in store with customers.

Went there the first time today because it's close to Jump. The toilets were in a terrible state and as the place was mostly empty with plenty of staff standing around. No escuses not to send someone in to clean them. The floor in the restaurant was also covered in some kind of grime that caused me to slip and fall on my hip. I have bruises all down my right side. Had I been older I could have seriously hurt myself! Everyone in the restaurant came to check if I was okay except the staff who were all somehow suddenly looking the other way. I had to go and ask them to please clean the floor before someone else hurt themselves.

Well done George best customer service ever. Your staff gave me the stare when he gave me the wrong drink, when asked to give me the correct drink with no sugar he stared and rolled his eyes back then gave me the same incorrect drink back to me rolled his eyes again. Shut the window then waited for 20 minutes in drive through, gave me the food then slammed the window. Checked our order and missing bread roll.

I placed my order to take away but only received half of it. I didn't realise until I got home so I drove back and they had forgotten to give me the second bag. As you can imagine, I was heading back a little irate but they handled the situation with excellence, super friendly, quick, helpful and very professional (and the chicken tasted great!!!). I walked out a very satisfied customer! Takanini has one of the best customer service I have seen in a long time 'anywhere'. Well done team. Highly recommended!
