I had appt to visit friend on Friday 15th. Oct.I found the person on reception who took my filled in forms was very rude.It was my first time visiting and didn't know where to go. Was left standing until I had to ask.The person I was visiting was so ill I could not stay. Surely staff could check.. in patient
