You can't have a bad time here. Food is great, service is awesome, lovely staff, live music on weekends and a wide variety of games to play. They do encourage gambling responsibly, which I admire. Doesn't take very long to get used to where all the different machines and tables are. Highly recommend getting a premier rewards card so that you can get discounts on your drinks and food.

Had a great night at the casino, all of the bar staff and dealers were super friendly, and they had a great range of malt whisky. Big shout to Lena, one of the Blackjack dealers, she made a night at the table more enjoyable with her banter and quick wit.

Fortuna, prices have gone up crazy high. Menu hasn't changed to reflect the price. Oysters were small an old. Mussels were average. Desserts were average. Recommendations fresh sea food, more variety desserts

Coffee/water Vending machine on Level 2 are always out of cups/out of order etc. These should be always refilled as soon as its empty, or fixed when it's not working. This is frustrating for those with disabilities and use a walker or wheelchair and the elderly. Not much options for them when most of the time all the vending machines on the theatre side are out of order or out of cups.

I had some time to spare so I went and had a walk around the casino. The casino entrance is at the top of the escalator on the left of the main Sky City entrance.There were plenty of slot machines around the entire place. There were also a few more traditional games like blackjack and poker, as well as roulette and baccarat. It was quite busy so it was interesting walking around.The casino area has a few eating areas like Any's burger and Bar as well as Food republic, which is reminiscent of a food court. There was also a bar by the massive screening area which had sports on.It was a nice place to wander about and it was quite lively.

Great poker room, wasn't too much of a wait list and professional dealers

Been to many casinos all around the world and this is by far one of the worst. Staff are extremely rude.They are doing you a favour when serving you. The slot machines are very tight and are not up to date. Drinks and food prices are ridiculous. The system on their loyalty card is pretty pointless. Parking is extremely expensive. Most casinos are very accommodating with prices with parking, food, drinks etc… They make their money from you through gambling. Sky City Casino literally starts robbing you from the time you enter the car park.

Happy hour was great .My wife and I had fish n chips $5 and steak n chips $10, and they were yummy
