Lady who served us seamed to have trouble understanding and speaking English. Found it difficult to get her to understand what I wanted done and I had trouble understanding her. We got there in the end. Other than that it was all good.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff who don't seem to care about their customer at all. It's like they are here against their will. A smile, a hello, a goodbye are free.I've been to this shop twice and I've been received in the same way.If possible run away from this shop!

Impressive service from Jason. I have some of billing issues before, and when I came to store, I was really angry about that. But the Jason is extremely patient for me, and he explained every item in the bill to make it clear. And finally I found out it was me misunderstood sth. I will give him 1000 stars if there is 1000 star.I’m so glad that Spark has that brilliant agent like Jason. And I totally believe that the agent like Jason makes people choose Spark!

Unhelpful staff on returning faulty phone. Even the manager was very un-accommodating! Just an overall unpleasant experience from Spark. Especially when it was their endorced product that was faulty. Unfortunately I came away with the feeling that the staff insinuated the problem was my fault!!! Luckily when I returned to pick up the repaired phone, (2 weeks later), the different staff member redeemed themselves somewhat.

Staff in the store is useless. I came to buy a sim card for my relative, who is coming to New Zealand. I got only an option of $49/month. I tied to get $29 option, but I was told that they ran out of sim cards and they can't help me with anything and suggested to get a sim card somewhere else. Ok, Spark store does not have sim cards. Fair enough. I went to a supermarket and got $5 sim and activated prepaid plan. I would rate it with 1 star, but it did not take much time to understand that the spark staff is helpless, therefore, 2 stars.

Staff are not well trained and cannot answer the questions very well. The company asked a lot of private questions when I want to have monthly plan. They even asked if you own the house or rent the house, where do you work. It is very weird for a customer to buy the plan not the phone. Definitely change to other company’s plan.
