I consulted Karen Murphy on the recommendation of a friend because I was tired of suffering from bloating and other problems with my gut. I was told Karen would be able to help and she did!After a fairly lengthy consultation I received Karen's recommendations which I have been following for two months now. The result is a much improved digestive system and renewed energy.In addition Karen produced a week's meal plan designed for me with easy to follow illustrated recipes.I believe I have had an amazing improvement in my health thanks to Karen's professionalism, knowledge and experience.I can recommend her unreservedly.Janet Sharnock

I have been taking my 12 year old daughter to see Karen for the last couple of months to get on top of stomach cramps and to assess what vitamins were need at this stage in her development.Karen has been amazing! not only have the stomach cramps gone but my daughter is thriving.Karen was fantastic in relating with her which made her look forward to the appointments as each time she would get new and yummy recipes that she could create and experiment with herself.Karen's Knowledge and expertise is amazing, I cannot recommend her enough!!

I recently purchased Karen's Crone Goddess face oil. I am a long time user of facial oils and love how they leave my skin feeling soft and well nourished as well as reducing fine lines. Karen's oil is as good as the more expensive oil I usually buy and it smells absolutely divine! Its a no brainer at such great value for money!
