Excellent service, had a great experience as the driver was polite and quite proactive. I will use this service again as i did not have to worry about getting late and the car was well maintained.

$20 for a 2 minute, 1.4km one-way trip for elderly lady. Told this included a discount as usual price is $25. Previous taxis charge $7-10 return. Independent driver, payment billed by Uber. Not recommended.Thanks for offer of refund … how will this happen?Update: still waiting for contact for refund

Disappointing service! Called for a taxi for a 101yr old man who had a drs appointment. We were told they’d be 10minutes. They called again after 30minutes saying they’d be 10minutes AGAIN!! I ended up taking my time off work to take this poor man. Very unreliable & rude.
