Staff were less than helpful (very busy on their phones)And when they were attempting to be helpful there comments were actually just rude. Leaving me feeling uncomfortable and like I am not good enough to shop there. Maybe some retraining in customer service and people skills will be helpful.Left and went to the one in town and brought what I wanted there.Customer service was 110% better

Went in for a visit for gift ideas. One of the staff members Nikita was very helpful, providing good ideas for my budget.

Very happy with my purchases. Two jumpers and a pair of smart trousers. Good value for money.

Went in store today to find a dress for dinner. Loads to choose from, tons on sale. The girl working was very friendly, but not pushy or over attentive. Very happy with my purchase

Had a terrible experience , 1/2 an hour drive after working all day Sunday to change a pair of pants that had been incorrectly labelled as a size 10 that were actually a size 6. Told shop assistant and she said she had had two others in that day that were also sized 6 labelled as 10. She Agreed to change them, (they still had labels on them) and then they didn't have any 10's left with silver zips only with black zips so I said I'd take them as didn't have time to drive into town again . THEN she wouldn't put it through because they had different coloured zips so couldnt change without receipt because of stocktaking issues - I asked for her to phone and explain to manager as I didn't want to have to go home without my pants and she half told story to manager and said I was refusing to leave without changing them so manager said to call security- I have worked with the public for 35 years in my own business and I have never had such an awful experience - I have spent a lot of money at Pagani over the years but i won't be spending another cent after this treatment - disgusting

I went to the Tauranga crossing store. And the lady was very rude ! Taking a personal phone call and texting while we were in the store. Didn’t ask if we wanted any help with anything. Was a very bad experience. She also closed the shop while we were in there making us pressured to leave.

manager can't return the goods bcoz the system is not working.

I bought a dress for my wife’s birthday however it did not fit so we had to return it. The staff were so lovely and explained to us that they no longer had the dress instore anymore. However they helped us find a new one which we love even more! The ladies were so awesome and helpful! They handled my return so well and my wife loves her new dress!

Staff was awesome!! Helpful, friendly and shared some really helpful tips and tricks with trying on the clothes! I love Pagani. The clothes I have bought from the crossing are perfect! Literally in love! Thank you Pagani x
