Called BOP at 5:45pm on a Friday to fix a problem on my deep fryer. They came out promptly and fixed the problem while I was able to continue to work. Their knowledge and expertise was faultless and they were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

Have used this company on two recent occasions. Both times they were prompt and professional and maintained contact to ensure there were any issues such as delays because of rain. Explained what they would do to fix the problem and and explained the pros and cons of solutions offered. Great staff and nice to see an apprentice on the job.

The best service without a doubt, from the initial phone call on a Sunday, very professional and helpful to the excellent plumber (Brad) who came within 20 minutes. Nothing too much trouble from on the roof on a rainy day and crawling under the house, value for money and gold card discount. 100% recommend Bop Plumbing.

Karen in the office is cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly - everything a first point of contact should be. The plumbers and apprentices provide a prompt, professional and friendly service. Unfortunately I have needed their emergency services twice in the last six months, and I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick to get a plumber to come-pleasant efficient young man who gave a clear, understandable description of the problem and offered two price related solutions. Parts were ordered and arrived promptly and repair was facilitated quickly and efficiently. Company also allowed me convenient payment of my unexpectedly large, but necessary repair bill. I really appreciated their help as I am an elderly superannuitant.I would recommend BOP PLUMMING and GAS to friends, family and others.
