Used their service twice this week to solve logistic af dropping of a camper, dropping of a bike for flight packaging, and the on to the Waihehe ferry. And then the revers trip just ending at the airport. Top notch service, good prices and on time.

We were disappointed with our experience unfortunately. 4 weeks before an event (wedding) we booked 2 taxi vans in the afternoon to collect overseas guests. One arrived 25 min late which meant the ceremony had to be delayed. Then I booked 5 taxi vans to arrive at 11.30pm to collect guests. Only 4 arrived so other guests had to arrange other transport. I was quoted $85 per trip but on the day I was charged $90 - 117 depending on the driver. Worse was that 1 taxi van driver yelled abuse at his passengers throughout the trip, ran 4 red lights and would not let them out when they feared for their lives! Would not use this company again.

Excellent Service. Confirmed our booking a day ahead and was right on time for a 7.30am pick up. Siva was kind enough to assist us with loading and offloading our luggage and was also very friendly and an enjoyable driver to talk to while on the road. Highly recommend this service and we will definately use again in the future

The taxi driver waited for extra 1.5 hours before we cleared off the biosecurity/customs.

So happy I booked with maxi taxi. Such great service. Great communication from the day I booked. We were well looked after by our driver Mehari. He made our trips fun and exciting and was such a gentleman. I highly highly recommend Maxi taxi and Mehari. We can’t wait to book again!

Don’t usually write a review, but this service was great when I arrive to Auckland airport from the US. I had a large surfboard that wouldn’t fit in any taxi. I called Maxi Taxi and within 30min I had a mini van pick me up. Can only recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and good service!!!

I had a tricky situation had to get 5 family members to the airport and they lived far in the country. Had a look around and Akl Maxi taxi came up at a reasonable price, I was skeptical and rang the number. Sam answered my call immediately and assured me they have many taxis in their fleet. I booked online for a van for 5 passengers and luggage. Received an email confirmation instantly. The Van and driver arrived early just as promissed was clean driver was friendly and had heaps of room for all the luggage. Arrived early at the airport and the driver even helped with the luggage on both sides. Awesome service and awesome pricing have 100% confidence to use them!

I used their taxi service for the first time and it was the best experience ever. There was a taxi at my house in less than 15 minutes and the driver was very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
