We live in Kawerau & travelling to Rotorua to replace a Caravan side window during a week or more of rain & stormy weather would have been a hassle for us. Troy called us and made an appointment to visit & assess the damage, then when he arrived he was polite and asked if he could remove the whole caravan window as it was an unusual shape & had a tint. He carefully removed the window and taped the space to make it wet weather proof. He returned a few days later and refitted the window perfectly. We were very pleased with his service and highly recommend Instant Windscreens!
