Our son had extra anxiety and stress over school, crying and vomiting before school over stress and worries, Sara worked with our boy (5yrs old) he listens to his personal hypno each night before bed. He no longer cry's or is sick before school, has leveled up and goes into school from the school gate without me or a teacher. His confidence has been boosted and his overall mood has calmed. Sara was recommended by a family member. I spoke with Sara on the telephone prior to meeting, we discussed how I was feeling and what I wanted to achieve by coming and having hypnotherapy. She was understanding and reassuring on the telephone. I found my sessions with Sara very comfortable and incredibly beneficial. I went to three sessions in total and have felt so much better. I am less stressed, am able to manage my anxiety and moods around different situations that I was initially very much struggling to do prior to carrying out the hypnotherapy sessions with Sara. Sara is absolutely amazing! I had been suffering insomnia for over three months before seeing Sara and had tried everything, from a sleep physiologist, medication and more with nothing helping.. I was unsure about hypnotherapy but was willing to give it a go! Thank goodness I did because before Sara I was getting max of two hours sleep a night, after our first session out of three, I went up to 7 hours… Sara is so welcoming, warm and has the most soothing voice. I will be forever grateful for her help and highly recommend her and her work!

100% recommend Mindgarden. My 4 year old daughter was having toileting issues and with Sara’s assistance my daughter is now very comfortable on the toilet. Sara gave my daughter tools to assist her which she stills uses to this day.The voice recordings are lovely too and put my daughter and I into a relaxed and calm mood.

I recently had the most amazing experience with Sara when she guided me through the IVF process. Fertility is a mentally, emotionally, and physically draining process and Sara helped me to feel so positive throughout the experience.
