We have been using Andrea to care for our two (one grumpy, one shy) cats for well over a year now and have always had a positive experience... the cats too! It is never easy leaving your pets behind, but Andrea's kind, caring nature makes it a lot easier and less stressful. We appreciate Andreas flexibility and accommodating us at short notice. Over the years, we have taken both our cats several times to Andrea at Bayswater Cattery. One cat is timid and one is an explorer. Both have been very well looked after by Andrea. The cats have oodles of space, can get quiet time, climbing time, social time, or just chill.Thank you Andrea and we'll see you again soon.

I always come away with peace of mind when leaving my cat with Andrea. The cattery is clean, airy and bright with plenty for the residents to climb on and play with, and Andrea is a real cat lover - Mia never wants to come home!

Nearly killed my cat. Not a good experience, used her for in-house pet sitting and I came home to my cat in severe pain with a blocked bladder of nearly 48 hours+. Andrea did not spend much time with my cat at all and I question if she even did do the agreed upon two visits per day. My cat was severely stressed under her care and had urinated on every piece of furniture in the house, and then began to hold his urine which caused stones to develop. If I hadn’t come home when I did and immediately took him to the emergency animal hospital my cat would be dead because of her neglect.This issue resulted in over a week of recurrent vet appointments to try and fix his overstretched bladder which was both plugged and the muscles injured ($4000). Andrea clearly did not spend enough time in my house to notice any symptoms with the cat or the severe urine stains and smell on every piece of furniture (both beds, clothes, the couch, and 3 blankets), and she did not message me to inform me that my cat had been vomiting and acting abnormal until after the fact.I’m not sure why he was so stressed under her care but I have had many (5+) cat sitters in the past, my cat even went through 10 day quarantine and he never has had any issues until now.She did not send me any updates or pictures of my cat during her care for him, and she also did not get my mail or water my plants. My neighbour handed me a giant pile of mail because my box had overfilled. She would have passed by the mailbox every day to get to my flat. When I came home his food bowl was extremely overfilled as well, about 3x more than the amount I specified it feed him (I even provided a measuring scoop!)She did refund me the money ($220) but I would not recommend her services, she truly did the bare minimum and ignored some very obvious signs that my cat was unwell, and I’m still dealing with the consequences.When buying urine odour remover from a nearby pet store I told the staff what had happened and they said they had a poor experience using her cattery and that her cat came back petrified and with behaviour issues, so it really isn’t just me.
