I cannot promote Keri and Zaf Yildiz highly enough - I have both bought and sold properties through them recently - they helped us navigate the challenges of buying and selling in such a way that we are pretty clear that they are a cut above the rest.I do not hesitate in recommending them to you, upon selling both you and your buyers are in professional supportive hands, and on buying you will find a fair, kind, professional and supportive process - you can't beat that.Our overriding impression of Keri and Zaf Yildiz is that they are in the business of finding people homes and that's all you can really ask for whatever side of the buying or selling equation you are on.

Gave them one star as it is not possible to give them less... was very interested in a 2 bedroom apartment rental they had. Told them that I would have my small children for one night a week and they said would not be suitable as there is no balcony for my children to play on at night time... who let's there small children play outside at night time, should probably advertise it as no children aloud. I found they discriminate against kids.

Buying and selling your home is stressful but when you have someone you trust it makes things so much easier. Zaf and Keri are the people we trust. They are genuine and honest. They have the knowledge, patience and a good dose of reality - so we always achieved the best outcome. They are persistent and committed, making the process enjoyable along the way.We would never trust anyone else with selling or buying property.

My sister sold her apartment through Phillip Oldham, and I write this as her power of attorney. She is wheelchair bound and by herself which didn't make it easy but Phillip went out of his way to help her through the process. He visited her constantly to keep her up to date on inquiries, and open homes, which resulted in a successful sale through Auction. I would thoroughly recommend Phillip to anyone wanting to sell their property. He was by far the most professional and helpful real estate agent I have dealt with.
