The person who take my order is nice however i was not happy with the drink. It was not mix well, taste like more of a water with a little bit of mango syrup and i bit of milk. The person who made it seems not happy and motivated with what she is doing. After she done with the drinks she just put them on the counter and not telling the name of person who ordered it like what other starbucks do right?. So if you are away from the counter your drink will definite just gonna wait in there until you check them. Not worth with the service.

Today (as always), I had a very bad experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade and 3 macarrons and the lady informed that it would take 20 min to get the drink because there was only 1 person preparing it. I said that it was not a problem and that we could wait, but… after more than 30 min we found out that the drink was sold out and nobody told us that. Millie asked me if I wanted to change to another drink or get a refund. After this experience of course I chose the refund. She tried to refund on the computer without success and ended up giving me 4 vouchers to get some drinks (1 of them with the wrong date, 2022. I just noticed when I got home). So I paid for something that I didn’t have, I chose the refund but it seems that she didn’t know how to do it and then I got vouchers and 1 of them I don’t know if I’m going to have problems to use it because of the date. Thank you for showing us how not to run a business.

Worst unit ever. Worst service ever. Every time we go there is a different problem. The last time we waited for more than 30 minutes for only one drink and when we asked about it they told us it was sold out. No one cared, even seeing us waiting in the pick up area. The refund was even more complicated.

Really enjoyed going in today I'm getting a frappuccino caramel expresso tall the staff are really kind really good at taking orders enough sitting space inside would recommended for meetings grabbing a snack, bite to eat just chilling out and watching hamiltonians go by. Parking in the street and you get up to 2 hours free grab a hot drink to go and enjoy your shopping support local business

I’ve accomplished something monumental by finishing my first Grande Green Tea Latte. I had to work through slurps and sips and scoops of cream. I pushed as the sugar smashed against my brain. I squashed the internal rebellion of doubt that arose from my teenage anti-consumerist politics. I’m in my 30’s now and it’s a revelation to find joy in something that once made my stomach twist. I’ve come to realize that Starbucks is the cosmic center of a city. It’s the one constant force in a chaotic world. Honestly, learning to love Starbucks is like falling in love with life. There are so many possibilities ahead of me: Caramel Frappuccinos, Peppermint Mochas. The coffee nerd of my early twenties is dead and I’m being reborn as a new man. I want to make new decisions that allow me to experience pure pleasure, again and again and again. The future has never felt this bright.

Had the worst coffee of our lives. Paid a small fortune for a flat white with a hazelnut shot. The coffee was bitter and there was no trace of hazelnut. Had to add 4 sweeteners to make this drinkable. Not sure what the hype is, as I've had much better cheap instant coffee.

Me and wife visit this place in the early morning. Customer service 0/100.We ordered mocha. This was the worst coffeee we had tried in our life. We left our coffees in the cafe and came out. Would not recommend this place to any of our friends and family. Don't waste your money there.
