Just got home with my washing. I dropped of washing and mentioned to the gentleman that I will be waiting in the car. Went back to check and dryer still had some time. I went back to the car and wow the kind gentleman brought my washing basket to my car! That is just wonderful customer service! Thank you Sir… enjoy the service at Mrs Wash.. use you weekly!

So convenient to be able to drop off dirty laundry and pick it up fresh clean and dry. Very reasonable prices too. A real life saver when our washing machine broke; now I always bring my bedding here!

What a rip off. I go to the laundromat regularly. Always a great experience as I do my own washing and drying. Folding it neatly as it comes out the warm dryer. Costs approximately $20 Today my Worst ever experience. $47 and my washing was damp and just pushed into my basket waiting for it to be collected. I'm now having to air my washing and everything needs to be ironed. Cannot believe how awful my experience was. Absolutely appalling service..

Thanks Robert for the great experience at Mrs Wash! We looked around a bit for a laundromat to clean our beddings and duvet and found the prices here really competitive. Robert was also very patient, clear and transparent with the cost. We dropped off the items at 3.45pm and it was ready and folded by 6pm. Excellent! Very happy with the great and friendly service and will definitely return. Cheers!

Incredible customer service, thank you Renee. Fast quote, professional service. Washed and dried and folded all in an hour and a half. Washing smells amazing, winter blankets all cleaned and ready. Highly recommend this business to everyone. We will be back.

I have been coming to Mrs. Wash for all my laundry needs for more than a year and everytime I’m there I get exceptional service! You are greeted with a beautiful smile and very friendly staff. I normally like to fold my clothes after the drying cycle and I always get the extra service of having my own space on the table and Rob the manager putting all my clothes for me on the table ready to be folded. They take time knowing their customer and it’s simply an amazing experience. Best laundromat I’ve ever been in with my clothes always coming out spotless and fragrant! Highly recommended!
