From the beginning Crown has been very professional which is why I chose to move with them. Annelize has been great with communication all the way through.Nigel, Jacob and Stirling were fantastic packing up the house. Very hard workers and very quick. We have moved a lot over the years and they have definitely been the best. Thank you!

This company is an absolute class act. These guys are so skilled and handled my stuff with so much care and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to take the hassle and stress out of moving house.

Nigel and Connor did a really great job of moving all our furniture and effects from our house to the truck (which involved taking it down a long driveway) and then onto storage. Very helpful, informative and took great care which we really do appreciate. Definitely highly recommend.

We’re moving from Christchurch to Sydney. Crown Relocation was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The team (Shane Turner, Andy Gorden and Jacob) arrived on time and demonstrated a high level of expertise and care in packing our belongings. We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring that our fragile items were properly secured.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Crown Delivery Company. In August 2022, my family and I relocated from Christchurch to Miami, USA, and entrusted Crown with the transportation of our belongings. We complied with all necessary procedures, including making the required payment and ensuring that our belongings were adequately packed, which encompassed a wide range of items such as electronic devices, cooking utensils, clothing, and shoes.To my utter dismay, when we returned to New Zealand in May 2023, we discovered that our boxes were still stuck in Auckland, and there was no progress made towards their shipment to the United States. Crown's explanation for this negligence was that they were unable to find a suitable ship for transporting our belongings to the US. This oversight on their part has caused significant inconveniences for my family as we were unable to access essential items contained within those boxes during our stay in the US. Consequently, we were compelled to purchase new clothing, cooking utensils, and shoes in the US, incurring additional expenses.While we empathise with the challenges faced by Crown in finding a suitable shipping arrangement, the most disconcerting aspect of this situation arises from the response we received upon returning to Auckland. When we requested the immediate retrieval of our boxes, we were informed that Crown would be imposing storage and packing fees. To our disbelief, despite numerous discussions, Crown insisted on charging us an exorbitant packing fee of $1,000 NZD. This demand for payment is not only unreasonable but also lacks any sense of compassion or understanding towards our predicament.I am deeply disappointed by the level of service provided by Crown Delivery Company. It is inconceivable that you could fail to deliver our boxes as promised and then proceed to charge us without any form of compensation. This behaviour is not befitting of a reputable company and raises serious questions about the professionalism and integrity of your organization. I trusted Crown with my belongings, and the company has failed to uphold its end of the agreement.I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. Firstly, I request that Crown arrange for the swift delivery of our boxes to our current address in Auckland, free of any additional charges. Additionally, I expect a full refund of the packing fee that was unjustly imposed on us. Compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred due to the delayed delivery must also be provided.I hope to receive a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the steps that Crown Delivery Company intends to take to address these issues. Please be aware that I reserve the right to pursue further actions if my concerns are not adequately addressed.I trust that you will handle this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism. I look forward to a swift resolution and your commitment to improving your services to prevent such situations from recurring in the future.

We had our home packed up by Shane, Conner and Nigel. They were great, Shane as the lead was fantastic, let us know every step along the way, got the job done professionally and quickly. He made sure our stuff was well packed and, really importantly for us, helped to minimise the volume so we could pack up all our stuff with ease.Highly recommend.Thanks very much.

Andy P, Jacob and Conner turned a long moving day into a fun day.Excellent work ethic from all, all had great manners and a sense of humour.They were careful with my furniture and put up with me getting in the way and they even let me help with the light stuff. So thanks guys for making me feel included and useful.Jacobs music taste needs worked on though, I thought his phone had gone off station, but he ensured me it was how it was meant to sound, go figure. What was nice that even when he had it on it was kept low as not to dominant, well done.They made a great team and did the company proud.Thanks for helping us get out stuff to Queensland.
