The Coh
Lived here for 6 months while on a work holiday visa. It is filled with wonderful people from all around the world. Truly, an experience of a lifetime. Location wise, it is walking distance to the city center and a short walk away from a number of bus stops. Quite well situated in my opinion. The amenities are well maintained and the owner Ben is very responsive and simply a super cool guy. Just be cool and you will enjoy your time here ^.^

This is not a house, it is a HOME! Had the loveliest time with all my housemates, and Ben is such a great host and landlord!(I'm only giving 5 stars because 7 is not possible.)

The Coh
The Coh is a superb co-living Accomodation near the center of Auckland. It was my first time in a co-living space and I had a fantastic experience. The space is clean, well equipped and has plenty of amenities. There were always plenty of available, and well-presented, bathrooms, showers or washing facilities. The rooms were not large, but had plenty of storage space, and were perfect for those living a busy working and social lifestyle (minimal housework!).The kitchen was modern, tidy and had everything you needed to whip up some post work meals or weekend treats. The people were all welcoming, interesting and bought into the culture. It was my first stop having emigrated to Auckland and was an awesome base for the first 4 months whilst I settled into a new city. The owner, Ben, is a really top bloke who will go above and beyond to help people settle into both the Coh and the city. Free Sunday roasts, trips to the beach and Christmas parties are just some of the extras you getCannot recommend highly enough! Thanks Ben and all involved :)

There is a reason that there are so many 5 stars for this brilliant accommodation. More often than not this place leaves an positive impression on residents, people love lining here! I've been here for 2 brilliant years and stuck around for the great facilities, awesome people and groovy vibes. Ben is a tremendous landlord who is quick to address any issues. He continually adds appliances and perks to the place, and living here just keeps getting better & better.

Living at this place has been amazing! The house is stunning, and the interior design is top-notch. What truly sets it apart is the warm and welcoming community. We gather every week for delightful roasts as well! But it doesn't stop there - we also enjoy trips to the beach and other fun activities together. The support from Ben has been exceptional. It's been an unforgettable experience, will miss you guys!

My girlfriend and I are happy to have lived and shared in this place where you will find amazing, motivated, sociable people and group activities. I have experience living in different places around NZ, and this place was where I felt at home. 100% recommended, the cleanliness is excellent and those of us who live here also help to keep things running smoothly. Thank you very much The Coh family keep it up, Thank you very much Ben for the good times, for cooking for us every Sunday and being a great person.

The Coh
Moving into the Coh was one of the best decisions I made last year.Whilst I was initially slightly hesitant about living with 24 people, I needn’t have worried. Indeed, the Coh embodies the best of New Zealand with its sense of community, spirit of openness and outgoing energy. On a practical level, the Coh is extremely convenient. I relocated to New Zealand for a year and was surprised that most rentals in NZ require you to buy your own furniture. However, the Coh supplies furniture, kitchen utensils and all the other boring bits (tin foil, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc). We also have cleaners that come twice a week keeping the place spotless. All this means that when you move in, you can immediately start enjoying Auckland.Ben (the landlord) is the best: superb in a crisis and consistently cooks a banging Sunday roast. Thank you Ben. This is the place :D

The Coh is a great place to live and to make connections with amazing people. I moved in with the intention to stay for 3 months and ended up staying 3 years. It has nice modern facilities, everything in a single payment i.e. no extra bill payments and everything is provided for you so all you need to bring is some bed linen. Super convenient! The location is also great. It's really close to the city and K road. There are also lots of tasty eateries right across the road. Burger Geek is a must! Best burgers in town.I had an amazing time there and wouldn't hesitate to move back when I'm next in the area :)

The Coh
This space was more than just a place to lay my head at night. It became a home. It is a place where friends gather to have fun, Share food, work together and make life long connections. I moved to New Zealand from Canada in the middle of the pandemic by myself and I only intended to stay at the CoH for 4 weeks until I found my own place. However, within a 24 hour period I was so graciously welcomed by the landlord Ben Spence and the other tenants now consider some of my closest friends I decided to stay for the duration of my 6 months stay. Ben does a fantastic job of bringing us together. My favourite part about living here was Sunday roast where he would cook a meal for all of us and we would gather and share stories about our week and make plans for the next. If you are a nurse working in Auckland city hospital or working in the CBD the location is ideal. If you are travelling alone and want to make connections with amazing people from around the world, this is the place. The place is always very clean, the other tenants are very welcoming, and Ben is a very fair, professional and considerate landlord. If you are looking to experience Auckland and make instant but also life-long friends THIS IS THE PLACE! I would recommend this place to anyone!
