Dan's Mowing

Not even deserve 1 star, such a poor service. I requested for lawnmower which wasn't done properly and it was so messy.When I inform him about this he called me and starts swearing at me. I didn't even refuse to make payment but just providing the feedback.I already made the payment to his bank account , due to different bank will take 24 -48 working hrs for processing. He don't even want to take feedback. I told him that payment already made but he send me msgs that he will take me to court.Please try to understand if someone providing you feedback, don't be aggressive and yelling at customers. In regard to payment, mention your email address so customers can send screenshot otherwise you will send texts for taking your customers to court, as you did it with me.

Dan has done a great job trimming the hedges and bushes at our house. He kept in touch with me and did the job really quickly and very affordable. Really impressed, would definitely recommend and will use Dan again. Thanks Dan.

Poor communication and poor service. I had contacted Dan to do the lawns at our vacant house in Christchurch. He told me by text message and a phone call on Monday that he could do the lawns Wednesday. I arranged to have someone drop a key off and just assumed he would do it and if their was a problem he would contact me. I subsequently found out via the Real Estate Agent on Thursday evening that the lawns had not been done and I had to quickly find someone else to do it. Dan had not contacted me to tell me he had not been able to do it. A simple phone call or text would have been appreciated. I see Dan has mentioned that I was difficult to deal with? That's rubbish. I was polite and appreciative that he was going to do the job as I was desperate for it to be done and he let me down. If you think I am a difficult customer then you've got problems. And as for 'adding a hedge to be trimmed', that is simply not true, just more untruths from Dan.

Very poor communication and unprofessional business manner. Yes it rained 1 day ,which can't be easy for such a business but receiving yip and no texts and having no idea when I was scheduled in and then telling me he is too busy and doesn't have time to communicate with his customers is just a bad excuse for shoddy business practice ! When I asked he cancelled me altogether.despite yr comment below Dan ,your website shows before and after photos of much longer lawns than mine. you make out they were out of control .... absolute rubbish ...as I said no excuse for bad communication

Dan is a very reliable, hard working lawn mower and trimmer. I am very satisfied with the work he has done for me and would recommend him to you all, thanks Dan.
