We bought our house last year on the North Shore and Andy Liu was the real estate agent. This was our first home in New Zealand and Andy helped us throughout the whole buying process. I first met Andy while visiting one of his open homes last year. It was pouring with rain. Andy walked me down the long driveway with his umbrella and personally escorted me to my car once I had finished looking around the house. He is the utmost professional, and exudes a warmth and kindness. Andy and I have been in contact ever since and he is always happy to help, always providing excellent information about the market, and answering any questions that I have.
