North Beach Hamilton

Was served by Olivia and she was an absolute gem! She helped me organize four gifts and was a delight. Christmas sorted thanks to her. She helped me pick gifts that I know my brothers will love. Thank you Olivia

I went into Northbeach The base and was looking around. I asked a shop assistant Terry for a size of junk food jeans. I felt her look me up and down and go and check the size. She came back and advised there was no bigger size. I then asked her if the Te Awa shop had a bigger size again she went off the check. She came back to me and advised the was none nation wide. This shop assistant did not ask if there were any other jeans I would like to try on, she never asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I looked around the shop and left. I went to backdoor at Chartwell. I got my junk food jeans in the size small and I brought three other tops as the shop assistant there was friendly and helpful. To that shop assistant at Northbeach. You may only saw me in white sneaker, black tights and a hoodie but my sneakers were $200, my hoodie was $300 and my black tights were $100. I had money to spend but you lost a sale and customer.

The customer service is like that of a grave yard. We happily took our money elsewhere after aprox 10mins of waiting to be served by the skatebords. And no one even approaching us.Appaled

The staff are lovely!! Thanks guys for helping me out. Store's big and full of good stuff. Just wish they had a bigger range of shoe sizes, wide fit please!!

Annoyed that i didn’t catch her name, but the young blonde girl with the purple acrylics was a gem! She did an amazing job helping me pick out a pair of dickies for my boyfriend. Haven’t met a sales rep so attentive and friendly in a while, Will definitely be coming back :)
