The receptionist, nurse & doctor that looked after me at 4am last night were all so attentive & kind. Whilst I was there other patients were also treated in the same timely manner. Even though upon hearing how much of a busy and eventful night they had, the nurse and doctor both treated me in a relaxed tone and were both so helpful with any questions I had.Also being treated with medication I hadn’t used before, the nurse was attentive in staying with me and showing me how to use it.I was quite anxious having to go to a late night doctor & left feeling so much better & not just because of the medication but also the way I was treated.Thank you so much for the team who was on last night. You hard work and love for your jobs doesn’t go unnoticed.

Sprained my ankle. The doctor looked at me and said because I wasn’t limping too much it can’t be that bad and recommended Panadol. I had to ask for some Tubigrip to give it a bit of support. My ankle is still excruciating 3 weeks later - it’s sore all the time and swells up during the day at work because I stand all day. I have a chronic condition that results in a lot of ligament tears and I told the doctor and he ignored it. He didn’t even test my ankle properly. I should probably go back but I was made to feel like a malingerer. The nurses were lovely though so the star is for them, not the doctor.

Woeful service. I went yesterday at 11:30 p.m. to see a doctor and I had to wait 5 hours. They only had 1 doctor. The nurse was very friendly, attended me quickly and was very professional. That they make you wait 5/6 hours is crazy. $120 the price if you are not enrolled. A bit expensive for me but it's also because it's at Mercy Ascot so you pay for the place ha.

Slowest service ever we experienced. Doctors are mucking around without seeing other emergency patients too. But the name “Urgent care” unfortunately.Please hire active Staff (doctors)

Lady in reception, grumpy, just did not have time for any one and you just felt everyone was just a bother.If ya not in the mood for work and you are the face of the clinic don't turn up.

Receptionists have no medical basic knowledge, How the heck they would know what is urgent.

Got there 8:45pm and told its a 2hour wait. People who came after us were seen first no signs of any severe or serious symptoms that differed from my daughter. Asked when we will be seen at 12am and they said next… waited over an hour to be seen NEXT. Friendly receptionist but nurses and doctors are not worth the wait just rushed the consultation despite the long wait

I read many comments before going and I was a little scared, to be honest. But even though it was a long wait as expected (I waited almost 6 hours, on a Sunday morning-afternoon), everything was great. The staff members -including Dr. Liam- were super nice and caring.The only reason I don't give five stars is because I checked how much the fee was on their website before going, and it didn't say anywhere that if you have a working holiday visa like me they charge more. For being a Sunday and not being enrolled and such, the fee's 160, but in my case they charged me 250 which was all the money I had. Please update your website or take in consideration that for foreigners like us if we need to see a doctor, everyone will send us to afterhours clinics, so it shouldn't be anything new at this point and it's useful to know how much we're *actually* gonna be charged. The second time I went there was at 3am, apart from one other person who had been called as soon as I arrived, I was the only patient waiting. Once he'd left, I waited just over two hours to be seen, and there only appeared to be one doctor on duty. He was half-awake with bloodshot eyes. Hopeless. I'll never go there again.

After a 3 hour wait in the freezing cold corridor, Doctor was so fixated on Covid that he refused to consider it could be anything else despite a negative test...turns out it was infected sinus.....waste of time and money. Nzd100
