Truly the best sushi I’ve had in Auckland, and I’m picky!Beautifully presented, tasty and so fresh.The menu is great too. It’s a weekend ritual now - I almost want to keep it to myself as it’s that’s good!

Absolutely stunning sushi.Fresh, high quality ingredients and extra special design of sushi.So much better than saint pierres sushi (the basic b****) of sushi.It’s obvious in the quality and content of the sushi that the chefs here have a true appreciation and passion for sushi.Yakoto Sushi 10/10

Love a donburi chicken katsu curry and highly recommend this one. The cutlet was crisp and freshly cooked.. and the curry was so good! I was initially disappointed to see no ginger for zing, but the sauce is so good it doesnt need it :)

I used to live about a 5min walk down from this restaurant a few years ago before i moved houses and id frequent it a lot. The staff were very very lovely and always used to recognise me when I came in. They made eating there an enjoyable experience. The teriyaki chicken udon was my favourite - the chicken was tender and broth was always so flavoursome! The selection of sushi in the cabinet was always so diverse, and no matter when you came during the day there was always some left for you to grab. Recently came again and I have seen them switch to more sustainable means of packaging, which I was super happy to see! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to try Japanese food in the area :)

We've eaten a lot of sushi in our lives, and this is the best one we've had. The fried dumplings and chicken kebabs are excellent, the rice is tangy and fresh. Amazing sushi!

Super delicious! Vege tempura udon, vege yakisoba, spring rolls and edamame were all excellent. Very fast service and lovely staff.

The best sushi restaurant in town! I went there twice and I had bento boxes. The price was cheap and affordable for student like me. I love their miso soup, you can get the small one with $3 only!
