We went to the drive thru and oreded 2 chalupa box regular meal and 1 cali burrito regular meal. We waited in the car for almost 1 hour. As soon we got our order and paid $44.90, we didnt get any explanation nor an apology for the looooooong wait. We got home and found out that we only got 2 cold tocos, 3 fries, 1 borrito, 3 cans of warm coke and a hand full of sauce. AND NO RECEIPT! Gosh such a poor customer service. This is our first time ordering and was looking forward to taste what the US is boasting about. Im not sure if I will go back. Or even recommend to my friends to eat there.

It was our first time trying out taco bell in NZ and we hesitated before going in as it looked empty while the other food places around looked to be packed with people.It was really a sign but hey, we never really tried it in NZ so we gave it a go. Big mistake! Service was OK. The staff were not really friendly, no smiles etc or response to our thank you. Just left food on the counter and took off without even answering our questions about drinks and if they could clean up the table.Now to the food and atmosphere, firstly let's talk about atmosphere, it was alright, soft music playing and well lit which you'd think will be good, only that the place was not really clean. Tables were dirty and wrappers/food pieces laying around on the ground. If we would have seen the seating area before the order we would not have even bought food there. After being ignored by the staff we took napkins and cleaned off a table for us to sit at.Now food, it was not really worth the money. Burritos had more lettuce and cheese than chicken. There was two very thin slices of chicken that was over cooked and dry. The tortilla was not heated up before the burrito was made and there was not enough sauces. It was blend and not even close to the flavour you'd expect. Same with the taco's and fries.. It was really bad. The only thing good was the nacho chips and that was probably from a pre made pack.Would not recommend taco bell in NZ - Horrible!

I enjoy peaceful dining, and this was peaceful. The food was tasty, basic fresh ingredients.Service was super friendly and super fast, I don't usually goto the same place for dinner twice when travelling, but I did with taco bell.

This is really disappointing from a big food chain, I ordered a cantina bowl with grilled chicken via uber eats I got the food but there was no chicken. Only rice lettuce on it. This is really disappointing from a customer point of view. Worst part is that u tired calling them more than 5 times no one received the call. I dnt think we are so busy that we dnt even pick up the call and accept the what wrong is being done. Someone who is waiting for the food and this is what you deliver is really bad. I would never order anything from such a brand whose customer service is really pathetic.Highly disappointed.Not at all recommended for uber orders.

Ordered as per slip a double pulled pork supreme rap... firstly BEEF and very little to be seen and definately not a double. Very dissapointing ...NOT VALUE FOR MONEY or the time we waited. Ordered 7:07 only got it at 7:35...

Forget queuing for mediocre maccas or small dry bits of kfc, Taco Bell is awesome, food was tasty and we'll priced, great flavours plus additional sauces available from the counter.Bonus is the usb charging ports for when your phone needs a feed too!Will be back asap

Due to shortage of staff,we could not dine in as they had closed the dining area,take out was the only option.However, staff tried their best to deliver at the earliest.

Super yum! Was surprised at the quality and freshness of the salsa, could have done with a little more coriander (I don't really like coriander but the flavour would have enhanced it plenty). Nice easy, self service!

Food looks nothing like the menu, very little mince or chicken...its the 2nd time going and the last. Look at the pictures then look at the sloppy food we got. Staff are not friendly either! This was at Botany Branch!!!

Monday 05 June . . based on tonight's experience I wouldn't come back, didn't order in the end as staff just kept walking past and past and past. Appreciate they may be busy but that is a management staffing issue. Also while waiting I visited the bathrooms, not a pleasant visit either. There can be nice, sometimes new restaurants that look the part but things like lack of service and poor facilities can ruin it for them.
