Electrify NZ Dunedin

After buying a bike for my wife and being left hopelessly behind I tried a Smartmotion Hypersonic and after quick ride up Signal Hill signed up for one. For my first decent ride I went from home in Green Island over the top of the Peninsula and on to Taiaroa Heads back to Green Island. Two hours quicker than on my old bike and still had 15% battery left despite using plenty of power on the hills. The bike exceeds my expectations especially downhill. I love the choice of modes and how well the battery lasts. I think it is great value for money. Mike set it up really well for me as well as installing a dropper post which is better than the one on my stumpjumper.We bought the Black 48v ATB mainly for my wife in mind. In the first week she's done 20 km on it very happily and I've done 99. It really delivers and is seriously versatile. I now ride it to the supermarket and into town rather than drive. Living at Green Island I thought I'd go to Mosgiel for lunch one day and ended up going to Outram instead as I was having so much fun. This bike eats hills and a return trip to Outram only used half the battery using plenty of power on the hills. After this experience it took a week for me to buy another ebike for myself. My wife was also really impressed with its performance on Signal Hill, making the whole exercise more fun than ever before.

I was very impressed with Mike's helpful patient service. What I liked most was the no pressure vibe. So different to many other experiences from other stores. He communicates well and follows up. Highly recommend.

Great service from Mike. From trying out the bikes to quick purchase and delivery. Would highly recommend if looking for an E-bike to head here before the larger bike retailers in town.

I'll tell you what. Mike knows his electric bikes. A fountain of knowledge. And as others has said he is not a high pressure salesman. Just gives you the facts and lets you decide. This is way business should be conducted and Mike is a gentleman of the old school. I can really recommend his shop as the way to go if you are interested in an e-bike.We bought two bikes from him, one for me and one for my wife (different models) and he was really helpful.A+++

I've just purchased the Smart Motion Hyper sonic from Mike at Dunedin Electrify. I am loving it both on MTB trails (just starting out!) and the road. Full suspension is amazing and the bike handles much better than my old road bike. The old bike was also bought from Electrify 5 years ago and has done over 7500km and still going strong on the roads.The personal, no pressure sales service, and advice is amazing.

Extremely helpful and accommodating in trialing EBikes which involved taking each bike home one at a time before making our final choices. Very happy with the new bikes. Along the way we received excellent advice. Great fun to ride and highly recommended.

Great purchase (ATB-H 48V).I'm a novice at eBikes - the service was excellent, no pressure, very informative, matched the bike to my needs (then I upgraded a bit in case I expand my commute run)

Mike was very helpful and patient explaining the basics as I had no experience with ebikes. He sorted out one that would suit my needs and I was able to take it for a very long trial ride. Very happy with my bike and the service was fantastic. Will definitely recommend
