Not recommended. Attempted to book and told available slot I said I will confirm and rang back in 10mins to be told no longer available! no further txts unhappy about customer service experience previous comments suggest rude and attitude problem. Room for improvement will not attempt visiting ever again :-(

Best massage you can get in Auckland, very professional and thorough. Been there several times and they also do gift vouchers too. Highly recommended

I had a half hour back shoulder and neck massage. It was one of the best massages I have had. From start to finish it was Excellent with good pressure I'm going again definitely.

Refused to honour a gift voucher issued within the year without an expiry date. Response was it's only valid for 90 days. Ended up being a $210 massage.

Traditional massage at a reasonable price. These ladies know muscles and find every little one if they are tight. The hot stones are devine.....Highly recommend this place. Parking on site too!

Ist massage with Venus was very good, taking time and care, working on the knots like a real sports masseuse should do.2nd massage was an absolute waste of time with online booking accepted and confirmed twice by email with Venus, only to be told on arrival that not only was she not working, there were no other bookings available.The lady blamed it on the website??News for management , its not a website problem its a management problem.Based on that experience I cannot reccomend this place.Went to Chok Anun and had a better massage.

I love Thai massages of all the massages. The lady here was amazing. I felt so refreshed afte this visit. I will keep coming back here. Clean and plenty of parking.

Lai has been the longest therapist at this location. Whenever I have aches, pains and stiffness she is the best. Very experienced. I highly recommend her for your specific needs. Very friendly personality and easy an approachable. Well done.

Veru rude lady and not welcoming attitude she has, she was upset that i arrived 10mins early and plus she was still doing something ingoring me when it already past the time i need to be attended to for my massage waited another 10minutes after the time i was booked in for massage and so i stood up and left. Not worth it going there even though she charges a bit less than usual massage but not worth it as she is very rude and i would not want someone with that attitude already to massage me ofcourse she won’t do a good job as she was already in a bad mood.I went to another place a bit dearer in cost but was well worth it and i am glad i stood up and left. I Would NOT recommend her.
