Store manager has no customer service skills, was spoken to abruptly with an attitude that made me uncomfortable. Looks like you have a great selection of store items but there is no way I will be shopping at marine smart after that experience

Shopped at Smart Marine 26th (yesterday) and a big thank you to Travis whom knew where stock is placed in store and very happy to explain the variety on hand. Friendly, knowledgeable service.A very big thank you Travis.This was a big contrast to previous time we shopped there.Inquired regards product they stock and was told no that sold out over a month ago and we had seen it there 4 days before.

I love coming to this store. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a variety of desirable items for sale here. Both the online shopping and in store experience have been great.

Whilst in L4 lockdown I ordered something from Glen at Hamilton branch of Smart Marine around 12pm Thursday as my local store was closed and could not source this from any other retailer in AKLD. To my surprise it arrived at my door 9am Friday - I was expecting this to take two or three days at least. Thanks what great service!

Bought a chartplotter through Steve who wasSuper helpful. Glen ànd his team did a top job rigging all my game rods a week later. Service has been great for me.

Top customer service, friendly and helpful team, very approachable and knowledge of their product. Recommend to novice anglers wanting to get started. Well worth signing up for the VIP card too.

Disgusting service, went in store on Sunday 15/5/22 when my 5 year oldUrgently needed the bathroom, I asked politely to be told no because we needed to be inducted etc. No alternative suggestions to help us at all and very rudely spoken too. My family ended up leaving the store and walked down to end shop to use theres with no issues. Never ever come across this kind of attitude from a store. Went to hunting & fishing and spent our $300 that we would have spent in your store had you not been so rude. Will not be back

Visited store mid-morning 3/3/22 and purchased a number of tackle items, then looked at purchasing a new long cast reel as my old Okuma's are getting tired. I looked at several items in the display cases and then went over to look at price increase on TLD50 reel. I then spotted an orange fishing drone, which my wife and I are keen to purchase but need to know more about these before purchasing.At no time did anyone acknowledge me during my time in the shop there were approximately 5 staff on the floor. I know I was wearing ripped jeans and old t shirt, but the old adage you should never judge a book buy its cover which I explained to the person serving me (station #72) and explained what items I was looking at purchasing total value $3449 drone, two long cast reels $600This is the (third time) in a row I have been in this store and received no customer service whatsoever three staff standing behind main counter one at another counter and on out the back.
