Apart from a rude female staff member we were lucky to ask Alex who helped us get the 2 screens we needed and the right adaptor. He was full of advice and a good laugh. He helped us from beginning to loading them into our car. Awesome service from him. Also a shout out to Gabby from head office who sorted types and prices for us.

Absolutely one of the slowest retailers we have come across. Pay no mind to the date they promise to ship by, that simply will not happen. You will receive your purchase whenever they get around to it.

Great place! The customer facing store is huge with a great selection of items. The staff in the warehouse Depot are also great to deal with. I've completed multiple pick ups from this Depot and always walk away happy. Recommended

I did a click and collect here and the service was very quick. purcahsed headphones yesterday and got a alert today saying it was ready. Which was great.However collection at the counter was terrible service. The asian ladies at the counter dont even communicate they looked like they didnt want to be there , they looked tired and sad and it was only 10am in the morning. No Hello , no smiles. The only great service was from the security guards at the door they were welcoming.

Hard to find a car park, really busy but popular I guess. Had to ask for help to find the correct laptop charger which the assistant found within seconds. Checkout was fast, very pleasant girl who served me. Would definitely shop there again, much better experience in Manukau store compared to Penrose store

Good shop for everything tech related. Lots of employees walking around and gathered in groups talking to each other but noone approached me to offer help, which would have been nice! Good prices.

There is an employee named Andrew Wu, who has a bad service attitude. There is no smile in the whole service process, he keeps a straight face and speaks stiffly and coldly. He seems to want to tell everyone that I am very angry and trying to hold down my anger to serve you as the cashier, so you'd better not provoke me.

UPDATE:PB Tech Fernando advise refund would be processed allowing 5 business days. Over 5 business days now and no refund plus no response to emails or phone calls.Placed an online order, order kept getting delayed. Contacted PB Tech to request cancellation and refund of money paid. They are refusing to refund even after sending a tracking number that states the order has been returned to the sender at the senders request.The only 1 star factor is the gentleman that I have spoken to on the phone twice was very kind.
