Salmon served in a dessert/ soup plate on a bed of ordinary lettuce with small amount of tomato and red onion. Pasta dish nice and desserts served on bread n butter plate. Minimal icecream. Certainly overpriced! Waitress needs a course in hospitality.

Super friendly service, and they got us our meals fairly quick. I got the BBQ chicken pizza and my wife got the burger. The ciabatta bread was awesome and the pizza was one of the best I’ve had in New Zealand.Building was nice and clean and they have free WiFi! Would definitely come back.

Now called Russmans. Nice place friendly staff yummy food. Good value, nice hard wood interior well looked after and clean. Good coffee, vegetarian options. Free fast wifi. Recommended.

Forgot about mine and my daughters food. Food wasn’t very good. No apologies for the massive delay and my toddler was upset. Need better logistics.

A great spot to stop for lunch. Beautiful warm wooden interior with a good range of menu food available. Bathroom is clean and tidy as is the restaurant. Ample seating and good music playing.Coffee was OK.Food was great, we had an eggs Benedict with salmon, a Turkish sandwich and a side of fries.I fully recommend visiting this place.

Finished the Whakamaru section of the Waikato River Trails and stopped here for lunch before heading back. What a great choice! Food is reasonable priced and delicious! Service is great, bathrooms are clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. I had the chicken burger and our friends had the chicken schnitzel.

We ordered 1 regular-sized and 2 large-sized pizzas. What we were given was 2 regular-sized and 1 large-sized pizza. All three were bland and the pizza bases were stale. They were heavy on the cheese and light on the toppings. The chips were over-salted.We won't be going back.
