My dog Harry struggles to trust strangers and displays difficult behaviour when uncomfortable. Amanda didn’t hesitate to take us on as a client, slowly building a bond. She and Harry now have a wonderful relationship. I am so grateful to Amanda for her professionalism, knowledge and commitment to my beautiful boy. I also have a second dog Sebby that goes out on Sticks and Bones adventures. He LOVES his time with Lee.

Sticks and Bones is a godsend for us new dog owners. We were struggling to find daycare for Chilli, but Amanda's prompt response saved the day. Amanda is a true professional and our Chilli adores her. We're so grateful for the peace of mind knowing that our pup is in such good hands while we're at work. We experienced terrible service, very rude and abusive communication from the owner. And they even left the gate open after they dropped off the dogs so our dogs got out and we're lost for 24 hours and ended up at the pound. We were devastated and had to cover all the costs even though it was their fault. No apology from the owner or offer to pay costs. The poor dog walkers that work for her apologised and helped us look for our dogs.Also they require one months notice to cancel which is fine but then make you give five weeks notice.They also put the prices up without giving you a months notice so very double standards.The people who work for Amanda are nice but the owner Amanda is very aggressive in her email, text and app communications. It gets to the point where you are terrified to contact her so the people who work for her tell you just to contact them.They say she is like this with many of her clients and communication is.a struggle for her.They also cancel walks at the last minute because issues arise which we totally understand but if you request to change your service without two weeks notice you get blasted. Once I had to book a vet appointment and when o asked if we could move the time of our walk by an hour Amanda got so abusive on the text that I just said cancel the walk and we will pay for it.Would not recommend as many of her staff are leaving too.

Amanda and her Sticks and Bones team have been no end of help for Porter and myself. They have been considerate and accommodation of our specific needs while being flexible to adapt as needed.Porter loves his walks and gets good care while he is out and about (rain and shine). While this is the case I have every confidence that he is cared for out there with reports and feedback coming back regularly.I do travel a fair amount as well and help with Porter while I am away has taken a large stress away from me knowing he is in safe hands. With someone staying, who knows him well, is a great outcome while at the same time my place is looked after well and left in a good state for my return.I have no hesitation in recommending Sticks and Bones and their services.

Amazing accomodating service treat my two dogs as if they were their own. Puts the safety and well-being of the dogs first with expert knowledge across multiple breeds.

I am the husband of the above review and in response to the reply from sticks and bones I just wanted to say that is totally inaccurate. We were home the day the dogs got out but we were working in our office and on video call meetings so did not take handover of the dogs. And we knew within 30 minutes they were gone and the gate left open and contacted Amanda and her team to advise them. We spent the whole day and night looking for our dogs.Also the price increase was $10 and came into effect with 3 days notice and after we had already given our 4 week notice of cancellation of service.But really it’s the horrible communication that you get from Amanda that makes us not recommend her businessWe understand small business and it’s challenges but most things can be solved with good communication.

We've been with Sticks and Bones for well over a year now and they are simply amazing! They are professional, reliable, with great communication and it's obvious they care about dogs. Our fur boy Fred loves going for walks with the walkers and we feel very safe and confident he will be well looked after. Also, the app is super easy to use. I would definitely recommend this service :)

Ive been a customer of Sticks & Bones for my German Shepherd for a few years. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. As soon as I met Amanda I could see she was one hundred percent dedicated to her job, experienced, skilled and went above & beyond for my situation. At the end of each walk I get a report, a map of where they walked, feedback on what my dog got up too along with photos - and its honestly so fantastic to see exactly what he's been up too. I really trust and enjoy the service they offer and I highly recommend Sticks & Bones for anyone wanting their dog walked professionally.
