All the ladies here are absolutely wonderful from the receptionists to the clinical staff! I was referred here by a friend as my wire post-braces many years later had come loose (from another orthodontist). I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment as they were very busy, post-Christmas, but it was well worth the wait! Dr Hey saw me quickly, identified what needed to be done, and I had a new wire the next week (done by the wonderful Jackie) all at a very fair and affordable price. Overall, very happy with the treatment and service I received here.

I took my son for his first consultation a few days ago. I was very disappointed that one of the dentists tried to convince us to have Invisalign instead of braces that we are only thinking of getting. I know there's options available but he talked about the worst things having braces and the best things about having Invisalign even though we told him that we prefer to have braces. I believe that the receptionist should have told us he is specialised in Invisalign then I would've booked my son in in the first place.

Tony did a fantastic job of my braces way back in 1993. The reason why I’m writing a review after all this time is because today, I had my back retainer removed after having it fitted post braces 25 years ago! My teeth still look fantastic and are perfectly straight, a true testament to Tony’s great work :)

Tony is an excellent orthodontist who is taking great care to create beautiful and lasting results for his clients, next to that my 2 girls have enjoyed their visits. Tony's great sense of humour and the gentle care of the assistant as well as their great listening to their clients needs and wants, have been very helpful in never making the many visits a bore. There are also flexible payment options.
