Such friendly & helpful service, David removed & checked my tyre for free plus recommended another great service I need next. Local is best!!

Got my tires done today. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size tires, but the mechanic fixed my mistake and sent me on my way with the correct size! I’m not sure what his name was but he was so helpful! And the reception lady was so nice too and helped me out. Thank you Bridgestone Papamoa!

Went to get a new tyre fitted 2/06/2023 , that was done well.I asked that the guy doing it please put my spare tyre back under the car ?The guy called after 30 mins said it was ready ( when I got there it wasnt ready he hadn’t put paperwork through )but he couldn’t put spare tyre as the cord it hooks onto is jammed and maybe need replacing ?Then I went to start my car and the battery was dead !He said while he was taking his time to get a battery to charge it that it may need replacing ? What ? It’s never happened before or since !My lights were on auto so when he turned the car on in the dark garage to look at speedo and didn’t turn the car off completely so battery went dead his mistake ….And I went home and pulled and jiggled the tyre cord and it came out !Another thing that doesn’t need replacing !!!

Excellent business, I'm from out of town, came here cause my car started shaking on the toll road, they were super busy but still took the time to look at my car and fix the issue straight away so I could get back on my way. Awesome guys with fabulous service. Thanks heaps A++

Initially I was disappointed with the service and had to return after the weekend. A senior manager sorted out my concerns and supplied good advice. Such good customer service rates highly. Hopefully the juniors follow his customer care style in future.
