Strength Works Ltd - 24 Hour Fitness - Kerikeri | Strength Works is Northlands premium 24 hour strength and conditioning facility. Based is Kerikeri it is run by Jade Isbister, a local who is passionate about making health, fitness and well-being accessible to everyone, at ALL times of the day and night 24-7. We have a range of affordable membership options, personal training, massage and nutrition consulting. Our mission is to bring a premium strength and conditioning facility to Northland, in which our members can access the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We acknowledge the busy lives we all live and we prioritize making strength, conditioning and fitness available to everyone, no matter what their schedule is.

The best Gym in Northland!! Only Gym in Northland that is 24hours, only Gym in Kerikeri that has consistent friendly, happy, supportive staff, and the array of professional equipment is a benefit for any Gym Goer who really wants to workout. I highly recommend.

The 24 Hour Concept works great, the location is spotless, the equipment is modern and well set up and the staff is welcoming. Apart from that it offers awesome boxing lessons with a motivated and knowledgeable teacher.

Every time I go to Kerikeri I train at Strength Works and I’ve got to say - I’m so grateful to Jade and Joseph for putting together such a unique and well put together gym. It gets to the point now where I get excited to holiday up north and can’t wait to get to Strength Works! Not only is the equipment awesome and well set up, but the gym is always spotless and the staff are awesome. THANK YOU guys!!!

Great gymEverything is brand newAwesome friendly staffCheap membership pricesGreat equipment, facilities, changing rooms and showers etcBest thing is able to go at any time of the day when it's convenient to you opposed to within certain opening hours and no public hols closures etc
