Out of all the dentists I've been to, Yvonne and her assistants were by far the best!Thank you so much for making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process!Not only did she calmly talk me through every step of the way, she also kept an eye on my body language to make sure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort, and if I was, Yvonne would stop what she was doing and ask me if I was okay.Given the horrible experiences I've had with previous dentists, Yvonne and her team have restored my faith in dentists and they also made my root canal, impacted wisdom tooth extraction and other extractions quick and with as little discomfort/pain as possible.Words cannot describe how grateful I am and again, I would like to thank you all for the wonderful experience!

I went to their Manukau Branch to recement my crown. The lady dentist did a fantastic job. Well-explained, meticulously cleaned and re-cement. Highly recommended.

I visited Smile Dental because I needed a filling. However, while getting a filling, the dentist unexpectedly shaved down my teeth - and not just where the filling was necessary! As a result, one of my teeth, which previously caused no discomfort, started to hurt. Upon consulting a different dentist, I was told that the filling was poorly done. I'm never going back!Moreover, the pain has persisted for over a year now! The dentist shaved my teeth under the pretext of cleaning, and this resulted in an inflamed nerve in one of my teeth. Consequently, I now need to have it removed. I'm genuinely disheartened by the loss of a healthy tooth due to improper treatment. I demand a refund for this treatment - I wasn't able to receive the proper care I needed, and instead, I lost an important tooth. I deserve compensation!!!

Went and got all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Boris Ma. He’s quite possibly the best dentist I’ve been fortunate enough to meet. The extraction was quick and he was very patient and thorough. What could have been an absolutely scary experience was made less daunting. I highly recommend him for any dental concerns.

I've been visiting Smile Dental Queen Street for over 4 years now and very happy with the service they provide. Their hygienist is upbeat and friendly and puts me at ease every time I visit. Boris the dentist is great too and will try and give you the best option and advice for your teeth. I'm moving away from AKL this year but seriously considering keeping them on as my dentist as I don't trust another dentist with my teeth.

The team were welcoming and very cautious of me as a patient. They explained everything very well which made me comfortable. I have a fear of the dentist so the Team at Smile Dental in Kelston were awesome! Very fast and confident workers, they made sure I was okay the entire appointment.I left my appointment happy with my service and the team that helped me. After care was great! I give 5 stars to this branch. Service is excellent. Tooth pain is relieved after surgery. Professor gives more than one options, you can choose according to your own situation. Price is good.

Went to Mangere branch as I was in severe pain. Dentist there added fillings to 2 of my tooth and it didn’t fix anything. So now I have to pay $535 for nothing. Instead, it made the pain worse!! I went back and explained it to her and she just gave me meds & fluoride that obviously doesn’t help. Transferred me to a specialist and said I will have to wait 3-6months. I’m not waiting that long with this severe pain. I can’t sleep because of the pain. I get headaches cause of the pain. You didn’t help me at all. You just made the pain worse and put me in $535 debt that I refuse to pay. I had a good experience with Manukau branch last times I’ve gone there and I wish I just had gone back to the Manukau branch instead. Cause now I’m never returning to Smile Dental all because of my last experience at Mangere.

Dr. Andy Liu was very professional and thorough. He provided me first with an overview of my options so that I would have an informed decision. He was also very good at pain management as he was sensitive about my nonverbal communication cues and careful/gentle about the dental filling process I had to go through. His team was equally helpful. For someone like me who is usually scared about dental procedures, I felt safe and well taken care of during my emergency visit.

Great service. Years of poor dentistry (and me) have left a ton of issues. Yvonne is wonderful. Helping me get my teeth back on track with her excellent work - Thanks
