Supercheap Auto Stoke

DO NOT COME HERE!This is the worst SCA I've ever been to in NZ. I put a couple grand through SCA each month and when i first moved to Nelson, I came here because it was closest.The staff don't have a single clue what the difference between a head gasket and spark plug is, nor will they even bother replacing an order they messed up themselves. I went to the Nelson SCA to rectify an error made by the Stoke SCA and they did so with no issues, despite the stoke store telling me they were in the right even though there was no possible way the part they had given me would ever work on the engine they had sold it for. The town store gave me the right part and apologised to the incompetence of the Stoke store.I will never come back here and I highly advice you don't even waste your time with these monkeys.

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and respect shown to me at the Stoke store today, after many years of positive experiences at other Supercheap Auto branches throughout New Zealand. Supercheap Stoke was completely empty except for staff who seemed more interested in stacking shelves than putting any effort into the only customer in the store. The total lack of interest in me as a customer and my desire to buy a product, and the discourteous offhand way I was treated, not only lost them a $200 plus sale, but compelled me to write my first ever negative review of the chain and also encouraged me to go elsewhere. I ended up at REPCO where I not only got the same item cheaper but I had the polar opposite experience with top notch customer service by people who couldn't have been more helpful, polite or friendly. I guess I should thank them for that, because I will be returning to Repco Nelson again for sure!

Very helpful staff. We lost a wiper blade on our rental van and the attendant helped us find the right size, compare prices, then installed it for us in the parking lot.

Much better experience here than the branch in Nelson...I don't speak car or engine..and they treat me like a VIP every time...from changing windscreen wipers to counter...highly recommended...the staff looks happy working there...which reflects on customer service..double thumbs up

Nice shop, friendly and prepared staff.Helpful to change my '96 HiAce radio and for camping stuff.

Really helpful staff and great prices, have always found what I need and haven't had any forgettable experiences yet. Love their install service for batteries and the like. Great service.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They didn’t have what I was looking for but I ended up buying a similar product simply because of the help and good service from staff.

Great shop with a huge range of product at very good prices.
