We had a great time shopping here during our recent visit to Dunedin. The staff were very helpful providing excellent customer service. They were warm and friendly showing us many different types of handbags. I was shopping with friends and we all ended up buying bags that day which are a lovely reminder of our visit to Dunedin.

Unfortunately I have heard that the management here encourages racial/religious discrimination. I’d like to see this change before I spend money here and support this business.

Walked in here to look at a new wallet. 2 young ladies behind the counter but neither one acknowledged me the whole time I was in the store. Both just kept having their loud conversation behind the counter and neither offered any assistance even when I was standing at the wallet stand (not even 1m from the counter). Pretty disappointing especially when I was the only customer in the store.

terrible service, two workers did not look up from their phone conversation to assist the 3 different customers in store.At least good range of products available - albeit quite pricey.
