Spacious and a lot of space for parking. Kiosk made food orders effortless. Taste is average, not even close to the authentic Chicking!

Good thing of this restaurant it’s spicy chicken which you can’t find anywhere as well as they are 100% halal. Coming from middle east you definitely visit to satisfy your appetite. Flaming grill is one of the amazing product as well as chicken pop for kids.Several branches across the New Zealand and growing day by day.

Even though the food was great, what really lacks here is customer service, which in my book is a big deal to help retain and keep customers happy. It's not my fault if they do not like their job, at least speak with respect. My husband had the same problem with the same female staff member twice. First she would not let him upsize his meal or add on something to his order. Secondly she grunted out a blunt NO when he asked her a simple question. If she can flirt with the male customers, surely she can speak nicely to regular paying customers. The only thing that keeps us coming back is the halal chicken and the fact it is near my house. For a regular Uber customer, the disrespect is a huge disappointment.EDIT: they have since changed staff and chicken is always cooked really well, including the burgers, hence I have added on the full star rating of 5

Went in and it had a nice open space, wasn't busy at the time. Not bad and not good either, ordered family bucket meal all spicy chicken.Service was good but there was a wait 10min don't know why when it wasn't busy. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time, and it needed seasoning, the potato mash was ok not to favourable and the chips were a tad soggy/stale.. overall was ok.....
