Northcross Intermediate School

Northcross intermediate has so many opportunities avalible. Their very accepting of who you are, they are willing to change some things for special ed kids and even the disabled.Many different technologys to attend such as, food tech, Robotics engineering and materials, photography, art,music, biology and drama, the technologys will equip your child with the correct skills that they will use in life.northcross has 3 classes that are based on a subject, there is the performing arts class, sports class and the ILC for kids with a higher knowledge or kids that want to gain higher knowledge.Northcross is the biggest school in Auckland at the moment.Great teachers and amazing opportunities.I highly suggest enrolling for northcross Intermediate.

Very Nice school was very into music they have great trombone lessons. Mr Martin was my year 7 teacher and Mrs Gobindlal in year 8 very nice. Dnd Was Fun. 4/5 Would Boog

They are greedy for money and they will jump at every chance to make shortcuts, I know people that got their phones stolen while it was held by the school but they didn’t do anything and didn’t even reply. Please don’t send you kids to this school!

Great school. So many opportunities for sports and performing arts. Grounds are excellent and most teachers are nice.

this school has not given me a great experience for year 8 my teacher that I wont name treated us very unfairly and treated certain kids better when they were really worse then us but for this term (term 4) we got a new teacher witch i much more prefer because we learn more and we are all treated equally. Also the school grounds get very boring because there's nothing to do but walk around

Social wise I found Northcross intermediate to be an alright school. Some staff were a bit dodgy though. For example a receptionist at the office always came off as rude and grumpy. As I’ve heard from myself and many other students she often talks in a very rude tone and rolls her eyes whenever you try and initiate conversation. My old teacher was also very biased towards girls and boys.

Two of my kids have been here (so far), and it's a great school, the teachers are excellent, the support (when needed) is great too, we are very lucky that it's our local school.
