Rude staff wouldn't serve me when at counter to buy clothes my experience was just like the movie in pretty women ,so took my money elsewhere.

Love love love shopping at Richmond store great selection of clothes and good quality just purchased 2 dresses and jacket can’t wait to wear awesome ladies that work there nothing problem for them if not you size they happily order for you always new stock and caters for mixed age range it’s a shop I enjoy going to much to shop and see the girls

I have been a customer of Ballentynes Fashion Central Richmond for 20+ years.The selection of clothing is at an affordable price, and displayed in colour-ways, which makes styling easy.The range of clothing is suitable for any age, as my mother-in-law shops there too!I have found all the staff, particularly Manager Honour" to be considerate and honest when selecting clothing for myself.They are very accommodating when my size in not in stock
