House of Travel - Rotorua

Toni from House of Travel organised our trip to Africa recently. We had a fantastic time, everything went smoothly, there were no hiccups and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Toni for all you did, it was great.

Toni made the whole process super easy - travelling to Rarotonga in covid peak times with young kids had a lot of extra paperwork and she made it clear what we needed. I felt very looked after indeed, would always use her for all future travel.

Pam booked my sisters flight to return to WA, and myself to visit my daughter, and grandson in the Goldcoast.Pam was so very helpful with all the entry forms, and so very friendly in July 2021.On my return from the Goldcoast Jazmin helped me for 3 months to return to New Zealand, after being stuck there for 5 months after my intended stay. Jazmin went above and beyond her duty to help with all the regulations with MIQ, and also the Airline, there were a lot of bumps along the way. I would look forward to Jazmin’s informative emails, and always positive attitude.I am finally home February 2022, and will be forever grateful for Jazmin’s endless support.(Bev Latimer)

Pam is brilliant for everything involving travel. She met me at short notice on a Friday afternoon, explored all our options for a first holiday to Raro & even called us back on a Sunday to answer an inquiry. I would Highly Recommend Bayleigh from House of Travel Rotorua Branch. I went to see Bayleigh as we wanted a Holiday Package Deal & I told Bayleigh what we would like to do & Nothing was a Problem to her at all. She is very Experienced & Friendly Polite & Helpful & very easy to talk & deal with.
