The service is prompt and communication is good. Unfortunately there was a problem with the online ordering: the cap I ordered and paid-for was not in stock even though it was noted as available on the website. But the store apologised and gave me a refund within 24 hours, which is excellent in comparison to a certain well-known tech company in NZ that took over 2 months to finally admit their product was out of stock, and offer a refund!Sad not to get the cap; glad to get good service in acknowledging their stock issue!

Super fast turnaround- but be forewarned buying bulk grip tape off the roll. I ordered 10 inch Mob tape and received a foot of it. The website did not specify length or give choice of length. I thought 12 dollars to cover my board was a great deal- add on 9 dollars shipping and now I have enough for about a third of my stick. Argh well. Perhaps state that the cost is for 12 inches off the roll?
